Disability Accommodation University Appeals Procedure

Students who disagree with eligibility or accommodation decisions made by the Access and Accommodations Center (AACE) may appeal the decision in writing to Georgia State’s ADA/Section 504 Coordinator within 10 business days of the date of the decision.

Employees who disagree with eligibility or accommodation decisions made by the Benefits in Human Resources may appeal the decision in writing to Georgia State’s ADA/Section 504 Coordinator within 10 business days of the date of the decision.
